The AI24Tutors platform is an adaptive intelligent tutoring system (ITS) POC developed as part of doctoral research. Development and research location: Eszterházy Károly Catholic University, Eger, Hungary. Research ethics approval: [TODO DP-5: IRB case number if available] — the research is preregistered on OSF.io. The platform is currently used exclusively within the "Foundations of Computer-Based Analysis" course with N=30 university students.

Texts, graphics, source code and data model on the platform are the property of the operator or the referenced third parties. Copyright and licence references for the validated research instruments used (OSLQ, CSES, NCS-6, etc.) are provided in the appendix of the research publication. Generative-AI content: the platform uses OpenAI, Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude models for content generation; under their terms of service, usage rights to the generated content belong to the operator.

Any legal dispute in connection with this service shall be governed by Hungarian law. Judicial proceedings shall be conducted under the Hungarian Code of Civil Procedure. In the event of a consumer dispute (if relevant), the data subject may turn to the competent court or the Conciliation Board of their place of residence. The platform is a POC research system — although developed with the utmost care, it does not replace the official curriculum of the university course and does not constitute a basis for academic accreditation. Generative-AI learning content is informative in nature; the operator makes every effort to ensure its quality (expert review gates) but cannot guarantee factual accuracy. The system has a 99% availability target, but no SLA-level guarantee.
